if i want to be a medical malpractice lawyer, do i need to major in the medical field or in the law field? i know some of you will say both but could you tell me if i need to go to law school or medical school first.
i need to do a school project on what i want to do when im older and this [medical malpractice lawyer] is what i want to do but i CAN NOT find any sites that have a lot of information in them.
i would appreciate it if you could give me some websites as well as answer my questions. thanks! <3
Law. Medical malpractice consists of personal injury lawyers using doctors as expert witnesses to prove their case.
Your best bet would be to research a firm that does medical malpractice and look at the qualifications of the attorneys that work there. This link is pretty typical (they’re out of NYC)
